1) Right after you sign up: access + next steps
After your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive instructions to:
- Log in to the Everlab dashboard / app
- Complete your Health Background Questionnaire
- Book your first appointment (the Onboarding Consult)
If you don’t see the email/SMS, check spam, or contact support.
2) Who supports you: concierge team handoff
You may interact with different Everlab team members across the first week:
Concierge
Helps coordinate what happens next (booking support, what to do first, where to find referrals, and practical logistics).
Your Everlab doctor
Runs your first clinical appointment (the Onboarding Consult) and helps set the plan for testing + follow-ups.
What “concierge” means at Everlab: a practical support handoff between your clinical consultation and your next steps — so you’re not left figuring out billing, bookings, or timelines on your own.
3) Your first appointment: the Onboarding Consult (OC)
The Onboarding Consult (OC) is typically your first clinical appointment after signing up.
What it is
A 1:1 video consultation with an Everlab doctor designed to:
- understand your goals, health history, and any current concerns
- identify the key gaps in your health picture
- confirm what testing and follow-up makes the most sense for you
- outline a clear plan for what happens next
What you should do before the OC
- Complete the Health Background Questionnaire in the app (if you haven’t already)
- Have a list of:
- current medications and supplements
- past diagnoses and key medical history
- any recent test results you’d like to reference
What happens after the OC
Concierge will join the end of your call and help you with billing, appointments and timelines.
Depending on your plan, your next steps physical step may include:
- Pathology / blood testing
- DEXA scan
- Additional assessments (for some programs), e.g. physical assessment and/or nutrition review
- A review consultation where your doctor goes through results and sets next actions (timing depends on when testing is completed)
4) Booking your testing + follow-ups
Most appointments are booked through your Everlab app/dashboard.
If you’d like help booking, the concierge team can assist — especially if you want to coordinate multiple appointments efficiently.
Typical testing timeline (guidance)
- Pathology results: often available within a business week after your blood draw (timing can vary by provider and panels ordered).
- DEXA and Physical Assessment: may not appear immediately in the app; the clinical team sources and prepares results ahead of your review.
5) Billing: when you’ll be charged and what it means
Billing depends on what you purchased at sign-up.
A) If you paid a deposit (common)
Some members start with an initial deposit. After your Onboarding Consult, you’ll confirm your recommended plan and proceed to the next payment stage.
- Your deposit is typically credited toward your program.
- Deposits are credited to Diagnostics and Protocol Memberships
- You’ll be prompted to complete payment so your plan can be confirmed and your next steps can be booked seamlessly.
B) If you paid in full at sign-up
If you paid in full, you’ll generally be able to move straight into booking your testing and follow-ups in the app.
Important: keeping billing and your “next steps” aligned
If something in your app (or an invoice) doesn’t match what you expected, pause and contact support so we can correct it quickly and avoid a frustrating experience.
If you were told to expect an appointment or step that you can’t see in the app: please contact support so the team can reconcile the handoff and confirm the correct next step.
