Why is Everlab structured as a membership?

The Everlab program experience is designed to provide continuous value to our members through an annual subscription model. This document outlines the key features and benefits of the Everlab membership, ensuring that you are well-informed about what to expect during your membership period.

Membership Overview

As a member of Everlab, you will gain access to the Everlab app, your personal health dashboard, care plans, wearables integration, and all your health data for a duration of 12 months. This membership is structured to support your ongoing health journey.

Access to Clinical Expertise

Throughout your membership, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and seek guidance from our team of clinical experts. Doctor consults are included in our Diagnostics and Protocol programs, or can be purchased individually at discounted member pricing on our Core membership.

Diagnostics and Re-testing

Our most comprehensive program, Protocol, includes full testing (DEXA, advanced bloods, physical, and nutrition assessment) at the start, with retesting around 3-4 months later. Our Diagnostics program provides one round of core testing per year with doctor review, while Core members can purchase individual tests at member pricing as needed.

Membership Renewal Options

After the initial 12 months, you are under no obligation to continue your membership. We do not auto-charge members - memberships will simply lapse at the end of the 12-month period unless you actively choose to renew. No action is required to cancel.

When it's time to renew, you can choose the option that best suits your goals, budget, and lifestyle:

• Core Membership ($299/year) - Continued access to your dashboard, health data, care plans, wearables integration, and our AI health assistant, with the ability to purchase tests and consults individually at member pricing.
• Diagnostics ($1,199/year) - DEXA scan and advanced bloods once per year, plus doctor consults to review your results.
• Protocol ($2,999/year) - Our most comprehensive program with full testing twice per year and two doctor consults included.

Flexibility and Choice

Prior to your membership expiry, our Customer Success team will reach out to schedule a check-in call to discuss your experience and walk you through your renewal options. There is no pressure - if you need time to decide, complete outstanding tests, speak to your doctor, or discuss with a partner, that's completely fine. You also have the freedom to seek services elsewhere.

If you start on the Core membership and later decide to upgrade to Diagnostics or Protocol, the $299 you've already paid is credited toward the higher program price.

Value of Ongoing Membership

Maintaining an ongoing membership with Everlab provides significant value. The more data we collect each year, the more informative your health protocols will become. This increased data collection enhances our ability to detect key trends that can help mitigate disease risk. Furthermore, the deeper your doctor understands your medical profile, the more effective and personalised your health protocols will be. This ongoing relationship is designed to support your long-term health and well-being.

Your health data is retained even if your membership lapses - we are legally required to hold medical data for a minimum of 7 years - so you can always return with your historical data intact.
