Requesting a refund
We understand that sometimes the timing or fit is not right. If you would like to request a refund, we have a straightforward process to help you.
How to submit a refund request

- Once submitted, our team will review your request and process it accordingly.
Refund eligibility
- Before your onboarding consult: Your $299 Health Baseline and Risk Assessment fee is fully refundable.
- After your onboarding consult but before starting diagnostics: Your $299 Health Baseline and Risk Assessment fee is fully refundable.
- After diagnostics have commenced: Partial refunds may be available depending on which services have been delivered.
- Add-on services only (e.g., Skin Check, CTCA, Gut Microbiome): If not yet booked or completed, add-on refunds can be processed. Once completed, add-ons are non-refundable.
- Medical disqualification (pregnancy, active cancer treatment, acute conditions): If you were identified as medically ineligible after signing up, your refund is handled on a priority basis.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after your request is approved. The refund will be returned to the original payment method on file.
What happens to my membership after a refund?
Once a refund is processed, your active membership will be cancelled. Your health data remains securely stored and accessible if you choose to return to Everlab in the future.
