Can I modify my Everlab plan?

What changes can I make?

• Add services: You can add any of our available add-on services directly through your Everlab app at member pricing via the Services page (app.everlab.com.au/services).
• Upgrade your program: You can upgrade from Diagnostics to Protocol at any time by paying the difference. Contact your Care Coordinator to arrange this.
• Adjust or remove specific tests: In some cases, specific tests can be adjusted or removed from your program - for example, if you have had a recent equivalent test elsewhere. These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

What about credits or test swaps?

If you would like to swap one test for another (for example, replacing a physical assessment with a cardiac imaging scan), this may be possible depending on the specific tests involved. Our Care Coordinator team can walk you through what is available and any cost implications.
