A safe, clinician-led approach to sustainable fat loss — now available to everyone.
At Everlab, our GLP-1 program combines evidence-based medication with clinical oversight, body composition monitoring, and ongoing lifestyle support. This isn't a quick fix. It's a structured, medically supervised program designed for long-term health outcomes.
What is Mounjaro?
Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is a once-weekly injection used for weight management. It activates two hormone pathways — GIP and GLP-1 — which:
- Reduce appetite
- Help you feel fuller for longer
- Slow digestion
- Improve blood sugar control
- Support fat loss
In clinical trials, patients lost an average of 15–22% of their body weight over 72 weeks when combined with lifestyle changes.
Who is the program for?
You may be eligible if you:
- Have a BMI ≥ 30
- Have a BMI ≥ 27 with a weight-related condition (e.g. high blood pressure, prediabetes, PCOS)
- Have type 2 diabetes requiring improved glycaemic control
The program is available to existing Everlab members and new customers. If you're new to Everlab, you can get started by completing our online eligibility quiz.
All prescriptions are clinician-assessed and based on Australian prescribing guidelines.
How our program is different
1. Objective monitoring
We use blood tests and body composition measurements (e.g. DEXA where appropriate) to guide safe care.
2. Minimum effective dose approach
We increase doses gradually to optimise tolerability and reduce unnecessary side effects and medication costs.
3. Ongoing clinician support
You'll have structured follow-ups to monitor progress, manage side effects, and adjust dosing safely.
4. Maintenance and offboarding planning
We help you reduce rebound weight regain with structured maintenance support.
Long-term expectations
- Most weight loss occurs in the first 12–18 months.
- The medication supports maintenance long-term.
- Stopping abruptly without a maintenance plan can lead to weight regain.
- We focus on preserving muscle mass by supporting adequate protein intake and resistance training.
