No — the Everlab app does not support splitting a single payment across two separate credit cards. Each payment must be made using one card.
What payment options are available?
- Credit card — the only accepted payment method in the Everlab app
- Upfront payment — pay your full program fee in one transaction
- 12-month payment plan — available for Protocol memberships only, spreading the cost into monthly instalments charged to a single card
Can I change my card on file?
Yes. You can update your payment method in the Everlab app at any time before your next payment is processed. Go to your account settings to add or change your card details.
What about add-on services?
Add-on tests and services (e.g., CTCA, Skin Check, Gut Microbiome) must be paid upfront at the time of purchase. These are not included in your 12-month payment plan and are charged separately — but still to a single card per transaction.
Do I need to pay in full before booking appointments?
No. If you're on a 12-month payment plan, you can book and attend your appointments as long as your plan is active and payments are up to date. You do not need to pay the full program fee before starting.
