Still thinking it over?
We completely understand — it's a meaningful decision and we want you to feel confident before moving forward. Here are a few things that might help while you're weighing it up.
Want to share the details with someone?
Many of our members like to discuss their options with a partner, family member, or friend before committing. We can put together a summary of your recommended plan that you can share — just ask your Care Coordinator and we'll send one through.
This summary includes what's covered in your program, the costs, and what to expect during the diagnostic process.
Have specific questions or concerns?
If there's anything specific holding you back — whether it's about the program itself, the cost, how testing works, or anything else — our team is here to help clarify. Sometimes a quick chat is all it takes to feel confident about the next step.
How does timing work?
Because we reserve diagnostic testing capacity (pathology, DEXA scans, MRI slots) in advance for each member, it helps us to have even a rough idea of when you might be ready to get started. This way we can hold your appointments and make sure there are no wait times when you decide to proceed.
If you're not ready to commit to a specific date just yet, even a general timeframe — like "sometime next month" or "after Easter" — helps us plan ahead.
If it's looking like it may be a while, we may need to release your reserved testing spots to other members on our waitlist so we can manage capacity. But whenever you're ready to come back, just reach out and we'll get you sorted.
Ready to proceed?
Whenever you're ready, simply reply to any message from your Care Coordinator, or contact our team directly. We can lock in a commencement date and get your diagnostic appointments booked in from there.
