We want every Everlab member to feel confident about their investment in their health. If you need to request a refund or cancel your membership, here's how the process works.
How to request a refund
To submit a refund request, please complete our Refund Application Form. Once you've submitted the form, our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
What's eligible for a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on your circumstances. Common scenarios include:
- Change of mind after your Onboarding Consult — Your $299 Health Baseline and Risk Assessment fee is fully refundable before diagnostics have commenced.
- Individual services not yet delivered (outside of a membership package) — If you've paid for services that haven't been provided, our team will assess your refund eligibility.
- Medical disqualification (pregnancy, active cancer treatment, acute conditions) — Handled on a priority basis. Please note that some services may be non-refundable once they've been delivered or commenced (for example, pathology tests that have already been processed, or completed add-on services). Our team will explain any limitations when they review your application.
How to cancel your membership
To cancel your Everlab membership:
- Email us at support@everlab.com.au with what you'd like to cancel and why.
- Our team will confirm your cancellation and let you know about any remaining services or refund eligibility.
- If you're also requesting a refund, please complete the Refund Application Form as well.
What happens after cancellation?
- Your reports stay accessible. You'll continue to have access to any health reports and results already generated in your Everlab app.
- Pending services. If you have appointments or tests still scheduled, our team will discuss your options with you.
- Refund processing. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
