If a CGM is recommended as part of your program, it will be sent directly to your home. Here’s how the whole process works from start to finish.
How it works
- During your Onboarding Consult, your Everlab doctor will recommend a CGM if it’s right for you.
- You’ll complete a CGM consent task in the Everlab app.
- Once consent is received, our Operations team will order and ship the CGM to your home.
- When your device arrives, follow the setup instructions in your app timeline task to download the app, apply and sync your CGM, and start your WhatsApp food tracking.
- Once you mark your CGM as “received” in the app, the option to book your Nutrition Review will automatically unlock.
When should I start tracking?
Begin your 7 days of food tracking (and CGM if recommended) once your device arrives.
Important — if you have a DEXA scan coming up: wait until after your scan before applying your CGM, as the device can interfere with scan accuracy. Once your DEXA is done, apply your CGM and start your 7-day tracking period.
What if my CGM hasn’t arrived?
If you were expecting a CGM and it hasn’t arrived, or you’re having issues with your device, contact us at support@everlab.com.au and we’ll confirm the status or organise a replacement.
