No — completing a 7-day CGM period is not required for your Nutrition Review. Your 7-day food tracking is the core requirement, and most members complete a thorough and valuable review without a CGM.
What does the CGM add?
If you do choose to wear a CGM, it provides additional insight into how your body responds to food, activity, stress, and sleep. These data points help your nutritionist fine-tune recommendations — but your in-app food tracking alone gives our team more than enough to provide meaningful, actionable guidance.
When will my results be reviewed?
Both your food tracking and CGM data (if used) are reviewed together in your Nutrition Review with an Everlab nutritionist or dietitian. You can book this via your Everlab app once you've completed your tracking period.
During the review your nutritionist will explain what your glucose trends mean, identify patterns and areas for improvement, and create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan.
