Your Everlab app is your central hub for managing your health journey with us. Here's a walkthrough of each section and what you can do within it.
Home / Overview
When you open your app, the home page gives you a snapshot of where you're at. You'll see your next step with Everlab, your health insights, how many biomarkers we have on file, and your biological age (once we've received enough data points to calculate it).
This is also where you'll find your tasks - things like appointments that need scheduling, questionnaires to complete, or consent forms to accept. Tap "View all" to see everything that's outstanding.
You'll also see the key priorities that were set when you first started with Everlab. These are the health goals you and your practitioner identified to focus on during your time with us.
Biomarkers
The biomarkers tab is where all of your individual results live. At the top of the screen, your health insights banner shows how many biomarkers we've collected and whether they fall within optimal, sub-optimal, or out-of-range levels. Your biological age will also appear here once we have enough data.
This banner is also where you can view your wearable integration data and set up new wearable devices to sync with your app.
Scroll down to see all of your data points. You can filter results by range or use the search bar to find a specific biomarker. Tapping into any biomarker shows your full history, including a graph of how your results have changed over time.
Plans
The plans tab is where you'll find all of the protocols from your consultations with Everlab practitioners, as well as any protocols from add-on services included in your plan. This is your go-to resource for understanding how to implement these recommendations in your day-to-day life and what should be driving change in your key biomarkers by the time you retest. Tap into any protocol to see full details and relevant links.
Reports
The reports tab stores the reports from your consultations, including what was presented to you during your sessions with your practitioners. You can also view historical results and reports, whether retrieved by the Everlab team or uploaded by you directly.
You can download any report to keep on your personal device. This tab is also where you can upload medical records or results - simply tap the upload document button and follow the prompts. These will be added to your Everlab account for your practitioner to review and included in your biomarkers.
Services
The services tab shows any add-on services your practitioner may have suggested during your consult, along with the full range of add-on services available. Each one includes a detailed description of what's covered and what's included. You can purchase directly from within the app and have the service added to your timeline straight away.
Timeline
The timeline tab gives you a complete view of your appointments - both upcoming ones that still need to be scheduled or are already booked for a future date, and past appointments you've already completed with Everlab.
Gift Everlab
You now have the option to gift the Everlab programme to someone you think would benefit from it. Tap this tab to view all available gift options and follow the steps to send it to a loved one.
Refer a Loved One
You can refer friends and family to Everlab using your personal invite link. Anyone who uses it will skip the waitlist and receive priority onboarding. Tap this tab and follow the prompts to share your invite.
Wearables
The wearables tab is where you can connect new devices to your Everlab app so their data points are included in your health profile. You can also view all devices you currently have connected.
Contact Us
In this tab, you'll find the Care Coordinator's SMS number and email address for help with scheduling appointments or any other assistance you might need. You'll also find a link to our frequently asked questions page, which covers the most common queries from Everlab members.
My Profile
The profile tab lets you review the information currently on file, including your emergency contact, background, address, and health declaration. You can edit some details directly within the app. For key personal information such as your name, Medicare number, phone number, date of birth, or email address, please contact the support team so we can assist you with updating your account.
