Can I wear my CGM for 14 days?

Everlab only requires 7 days of CGM tracking for your Nutrition Review. However, the FreeStyle Libre 2 device stays active for up to 14 days from the time of application.

Many members choose to continue wearing it for the full 14 days for personal insight — testing how different foods, exercise, or sleep patterns affect their glucose after the review period is done.

Important to know

• The CGM will automatically stop recording after 14 days
• Remove the device at that point — the sensor cannot be restarted or recharged
• If you’d like to continue tracking beyond 14 days, you’ll need to purchase a new sensor
