Your DEXA scan report will be made available to you as part of your scheduled Everlab review appointment. Here's what you need to know:
When You'll Receive It
- If you are a Diagnostics or Protocol Member: Your report will be reviewed and discussed during your Diagnostic Review appointment and be made available in your Everlab App around 3 business days prior to your consult.
- If you are a Protocol Member: Your follow up DEXA scan will be will be reviewed and discussed during your follow up Diagnostic Review.
- Standalone DEXA Service (no membership): Please allow up to 7 business days for your report to be finalised and made available in your portal. You do not receive these results in a consult, however you will be provided with a detailed report alongside your DEXA imaging.
After the review, your report will also be accessible at any time through the "Reports" tab in your Everlab App.
Why You Might Not See It Immediately
If you've recently completed your scan and don't see the report straight away, it's likely because it's still being processed. Our team typically reviews and finalises your DEXA scan closer to your scheduled Diagnostic Review (if you are on an Everlab Diagnostics Membership or Protocol Membership) to ensure everything is up to date. If your Diagnostic Review is scheduled far away from your DEXA scan, there may be a delay in processing your results.
What Happens During the Review
Your Everlab Doctor will:
- Go through your DEXA scan results in detail
- Provide personalised insights based on your results
- Answer any questions you may have about the scan, its findings, or next steps
What to Do If Your Report Isn't Visible Yet
- Check the "Reports" tab in your Everlab App — this is where all finalised reports appear.
- If your Diagnostic Review is still upcoming, your report may not have been released yet (it's typically available ~3 business days before).
- If you're a standalone DEXA customer, allow up to 7 business days from your scan date.
- If it's been longer than expected, reach out to our support team and we'll look into it for you.
For Members with a DEXA standalone service - Why You May Might Not See Your Report When You Results Are Available
If you can see that your DEXA results are available but your report hasn’t appeared yet, it’s likely still under clinical review. Our team of experienced clinicians carefully analyses each scan to provide you with personalised, in-depth feedback.
If you are not on a membership package and have purchased the DEXA Service as a standalone purchase, please allow up to 7 business days for your report to be finalised and made available in your portal.
